John, who lives in Switzerland, regularly includes his partner, Judith, and their three young daughters – Lou, Mila and Yuna – in his photo projects. “I love to bring my fantasy to life with the help of my own images and Photoshop,” says John. “It’s more an obsession than plain passion. Try to incorporate some textures in your overall style. A way to achieve this is by layering and incorporating different materials and accents. Textures like, velvet, wool, tweed, lace, hand knitted items, embroidery details, denim & leather. These details create added depth and are especially vibrant in black and white images.
