How to order photos

Brief Summary

  • New customer: create an account. Returning customers: log into your existing account
  • Enter the code supplied by the school/ECE in the 'Find My Photos' textbook. You may have been supplied with more than one code on a paper leaflet, we recommend to repeat these steps for each code.  If only one code was supplied by email/newsletter, we would still recommend adding your preferred images to the favourites page. The aim of this is to put all your images in one place and to make it easier to navigate between.
  • Click on the heart icon under each image shown to save it to your Favourites page.
    Scroll up to 'Try Another Password' to enter codes for class group images, or other children in your whānau. 
  • You can click on your Favourites page via the Main Menu at the top of the page.
  • Add your selected photos to your order by clicking the image and choosing a product option Prints/Packages/Digital Files.  You will need to specify, size, quantity, colour and border preferences for prints.
  • If ordering more than one digital high res file,  click on the Multibuy High Res Digital - Package and add this package to your cart ($60 - 2 files). More images can be added for $10 each.  
    You will then need to add your selected images to the package. Click on the arrow at the right of the image to navigate through your selected favourites.
  • Once added to your cart, please follow the instructions on the page to purchase.
  • Please check that your child's name is present and correctly spelled on any group photographs; leave a note on your order if any changes need to be made.
  • Drop off at the school/centre is the default shipping option and should already be selected.  You do not need to change this unless you would like your order shipped directly or to collect from the studio.

Below are a series of steps that when followed consecutively, should make ordering your photos a breeze.

1. View and access your images and galleries . . .

  • Go to www.inspirephotography.co.nz (which is where you are now)
  • Click on the 'Client Galleries' button on the top right of this page
  • Choose the relevant category of photo shoot and click on the corresponding image
  • Click on the shopping cart icon
  • Enter the password you were allocated in the box provided
  • For security reasons, please enter your email address

You should now have access to the gallery

2. ​Create an account . . .

Once you have access to the gallery, you will need to create an account or log in to access pricing and products. To create an account:

  • Click on the create account at the top of the screen
  • Fill out the required information
  • Click the create account button
  • You may now log in and view your photographs

3. Choose your favourite images . . .

  • If you have not already, go to the 'Find My Photos' link at the top of the page and then enter the passcode you were supplied with
  • Scroll and navigate through the images
  • Choose your favourite photographs by clicking on the heart icon above each image or click on the heart icon that is below each thumbnail.
  • Once you have selected all your favourite images, click on the 'Favourites' link at the top of the page

4. Filling Your Cart . . .

In General
  • Click on the 'Favourites' link at the top of page
  • Click on your image
  • A filter option at the top of the screen will let you preview black and white or colour
  • On the top right (or below the image in mobile view) you will see three styles of product group available; Prints, Print Packages and Digital Files
For Photographic Prints:
  • Locate the image you wish to purchase
  • Click on the 'Prints' button from the products groups
  • Select the size you want
  • Select a colour option and border option if available
  • Select quantity
  • Click 'Add To Cart'
For Print Packages 1 - 3
  • Locate the image you wish to purchase
  • Click on the 'Print Packages' button from the products groups
  • Select from 'Package 1', 'Package 2' or 'Package 3'
  • Please select the 'Colour Option'
  • Click 'Add To Cart'
  • When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the 'View Cart' link at the bottom or top of the screen
  • Find the package in the 'Shopping Cart' screen
  • Type the exact group photo name required in the 'Make a note' section under your package details
  • Click 'Save Note'
  • If the group remains unnamed in the 'Make a note' section, we will print the class photo associated with this child
For the Whanau Package
  • Locate the first image you wish to purchase
  • Click on the 'Print Packages' button from the products groups
  • Select the Whanau Package
  • Add this to your cart
  • Navigate/swipe through your favourites using the '<' '>' or thumbnails
  • When you are at the image you want to add (excludes group photos), select the colour and border options etc and click the 'Add Photo' button
  • Navigate/swipe through the next favourite you want to add and do the same.
  • Repeat again.
  • Please note that to add an extra pose to the package, the 'Add Photo' button changes to a small shopping cart icon. Select the colour and border options as usual and then click this icon next to the price. This will add the extra pose.
  • When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the 'View Cart' link at the bottom or top of the screen
For individual Digital Files 
  • Locate the image you wish to purchase
  • Click on the 'Digital Files' button from the products groups
  • Choose either 'High Resolution Digital Image' or 'Low Resolution Digital Image' from the list
  • Click 'Add To Cart'
For the Multibuy High Res Files - Package
  • Locate the image you wish to purchase
  • Click on the 'Digital Files' button from the products group
  • Select the 'Multibuy High Res Files - Package'
  • Click 'Add To Cart' - DO NOT add multiple quantities
  • Click the 'Add Photo' button
  • Navigate/swipe through your favourites using the '<' '>' or thumbnails
  • When you are at the next photo you want to add, click the 'Add Photo' button
  • To add extra images - Navigate/swipe through your favourites using the '<' '>' or thumbnails
  • To add that extra pose at a discounted rate to the package, the 'Add Photo' button changes to a small shopping cart icon. Click this icon next to the price and this will add the extra pose
  • When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the 'View Cart' link at the bottom or top of the screen

5. Placing your order . . .

  • Find the 'My Cart' or 'View Cart' link either at the top or bottom of the page and click it
  • Review your order and type your group photo names in the 'Make a note' sections under the packages purchased
  • Remember to click the 'Save note' link
  • Click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button
  • Fill out your Billing Address including phone number and click next
  • Select your shipping method and click next
  • Select your payment option
  • Click 'Pay Now' or . . 
  • If you chose 'Other Payment Option' then 'Place Order' will appear
  • Orders will not be processed until paid for.
