HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PHOTOS?
- Pay Directly into one of our ANZ Bank accounts below, quoting your order number and name as a reference:

- Through the online system by going back into your account at https://www.inspirephotocart.co.nz and logging in at the top of the screen. Going to the 'my account' option at the top of the screen where you will see a list of your orders. If you click on your order, you will find the payment options: credit card/online banking.
- Give us a call on 04 384 8009 and pay using Visa or Mastercard (3% surcharge) over the phone
- Come along to our studio to pay via Eftpos or Credit Card (3% surcharge)
I ordered digital files, where are they?
School/ECE
Digital files are downloadable via your order email once you have paid in full. Low res files are not at a high enough quality for printing, but great for viewing on a Smartphone and for uploading to social media.
Digital images will be sold and downloaded 'AS IS' from the online gallery. Alternatively, once paid for you can go to our online ordering website and view your account. Once you have clicked on your order, the links will appear underneath the thumbnail of the images.
Fundraisers
Digital files are processed at the same time as physical prints and so will be ready at the same time as those orders either being collected from the studio or being dropped to the shoot location. We send High Resolution digital files via a Dropbox link for you to download on to your computer. If you have not received this link after the orders have been dropped back at the shoot location, then please check your junk mail before contacting us.
Private Sittings
High Resolution digital files are processed up to four weeks after the orders have been processed. We may be able to get them to you earlier depending how busy we are in studio.

I FORGOT TO DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL IMAGES, CAN I STILL ACCESS THEM?
Yes, you will need to log into your account, click on 'My Account', click on 'View My Orders'. Your images are downloaded directly from your order. You do not need to access the gallery to download your ordered digital images.
It's highly recommended to back up your images somewhere else in case of hardware apocalypse. If we are required to resend your digital files from orders placed before 2020, there is a $5 reupload fee to cover our time spent accessing archives, downloading catalogues, exporting your images and relinking you to Dropbox.

When will my photographs be ready to collect/SHIP/deliver?
School, Fundraisers or ECE
Approximately 4 weeks from when you received the gallery invite from your school or centre. Exact dates for the fundraising ordering period and orders drop off will also be outlined in this email. Orders that are labelled 'studio collection' or 'to be posted' will be ready or posted at the same time as dropped off orders; please check your junk mail if you have not received a notification about this.
Late Orders take a little bit longer as they are not batch processed like the others. We usually ask people to allow 28 days for the processing of these. Our busiest time of the year is between October to December, we greatly appreciate your patience if following up on order progress at this time.

When do I need to pay for my order?
Orders need to be paid for before they are processed. We ask that payments be made before the fundraising period closes, so they can be processed with the other orders and the school or centre can raise as much as possible for their fundraising goals.
Your photos can be re-ordered by logging back onto the website and re-placing your order.
There is currently no option for payment plans - payment must be received in full before we print your order.
Late orders will need to be collected from our studio or have shipping paid.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Yes, however once an order is placed through the online system it cannot be changed by the customer. If you want to make any amendments you can either call or email us with your order number and the changes you would like to make so we can do this manually on our end. We are unable to make any changes once the fundraising period has ended and images have gone for printing.

Order cancellations must be made 24 hours after order has been placed. After this period 50% of the order is still payable on cancellation. Once your order has been printed and delivered, orders cannot be cancelled. Digital images cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been downloaded, please check your order carefully before downloading.

We offer a discount when three or more copies of the same photo, at the same size, are ordered. We also offer a discount on digital files for school and kindergarten photo shoots: the first file is charged at $40, two digital files are $60, additional files are $10 each thereafter. These must be ordered via the Multibuy High Res Files - Package for this pricing to be loaded. Low res files can be ordered for $8 ONLY at the point of ordering; this discount cannot be supplied retrospectively.
There are also a number of packages available for you to choose from on the ordering system.

What is included in the price for digital files?
- High resolution (4000 pixel long edge) file.
- The image immediately downloadable as a Jpeg
- Exported with either black + white and colour versions
- The right to reproduce the image, but not for resale. This means you can print as many copies in whatever sizes you like, upload and share them to social media, and email them to friends and family. This seems to be the most cost effective way to print large quantities and sizes.
Digital files are a great alternative to purchasing loose prints, Use this option for a more cost-effective way of producing large quantities of the same image.
For Private Sittings, please monitor your inboxes, as your link to the image(s) are emailed out as soon as they are ready and may get caught in your spam filter.
If you order ECE images of your child with their friends, we advise that you check with the parents of any other children in the image before uploading to social media/internet. Inspire Photography does not bear any responsibility for purchased images of multiple children that are shared on social media.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE gallery expiry DATE?

The gallery will still be available for ordering from after the gallery expires, but there are a few differences to the initial scheduled ordering period:

- You will need to either collect your order from our studio or opt to have prints posted out to you at home (P+P extra cost)
- The centre will not receive any fundraising commission from your order.
- Late orders can take up to 28 days to fulfil .
- We do not delete any shoots from the previous years, they are stored in our archives. If the gallery for your shoot is no longer available, you can make an appointment to come and view and order at the studio

I'M NOT SURE IF I HAVE PAID OR NOT?
If you paid via the credit card portal at the point of ordering, you should receive an email immediately. If you play via online banking, this is a manual process at our end; please get in touch if you have not received payment confirmation within 2 working days.
If you do not receive payment confirmation it is likely we have not received your payment; please check your bank statement and your junk filters before contacting us.

WHY WAS MY ORDER WAS DELETED?
If you have placed an order and have not made payment before the gallery expires, it may be deleted from the system due to a price change for your gallery and because your order holds the previous price structure, it has to be removed . There is usually at least one reminder from Inspire to remind parents of this, as well as a payment reminder email from us if your order is still unpaid - please check your junk mail filter if you are not receiving these. If there are any issues with making payment for your order, please contact us at the studio on 043848009 or email us immediately to try and avoid removal of your order from the system.
CAN I PREVIEW THE PHOTOS IN BLACK AND WHITE BEFORE I BUY THEM?
The gallery images are all colour-corrected and can be viewed in black and white on the gallery by clicking on the individual image, then on the 'palette' icon at the top of the image. You can also arrange a time to view and order at the studio depending on our availability if you are having difficulty with the online system.
I DOWNLOADED MY IMAGES BUT YOU HAVE UPLOADED THE WRONG SIZE?
Please check what you are downloading. If you see ‘KB' after image size, you have only downloaded the thumbnail and this will not print out at high resolution. High res images are usually between 1.5-5MB. Otherwise if you still are having problems, please call us on 043848009.
HOW MUCH EDITING IS DONE WITH THE IMAGES?
All images on the gallery are already adjusted for colour balance and exposure.
We can do small adjustments on request such as spot removal, small marks and scratches as routine, but if there is anything you would like us to pay particular attention to, please make a note on your order outlining this.
lease note that for more specialist retouching work, such as glasses reflection removal, minimising dribble/large marks or other bespoke adjustments, there is an additional charge of between $10 to $50 depending on the work required. You can select for this at the point of ordering. Payment is required in full before our Photo Technician carries out any retouching work.
